(hereinafter E-COM.), with registered office at C/ Galileo Galilei, 4, 28939 Arroyomolinos, Madrid, with Tax Identification Number B84546126. This legal notice regulates the conditions of use of the aforementioned Internet portal.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
In general, relations between E-COM. and users of its telematic services, present on the website, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.
The parties expressly waive any jurisdiction that may correspond to them and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid to resolve any dispute that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these contractual conditions.

This Legal Notice regulates access to and use of the website that E-COM. makes available to Internet users. A user is considered to be any person who accesses, browses, uses or participates in the services and activities of the website.

E-COM. declares that it has taken the necessary measures, within its capabilities and the state of technology, to ensure the proper functioning of its website, as well as the absence of viruses and harmful components. However, E-COM. cannot be held responsible for the following situations, which are listed by way of example, but are not limited to:

• The absence of errors in said content or the correction of any defects that may occur.
• The absence of viruses and/or other harmful components.
  Damages caused by any person who violates the security systems of E-COM.
